Seat usage

With seat usage reporting, admins can see which users have assigned products and monitor their frequency of use. With this information, you can optimize seat assignments and purchasing decisions. Seat usage reporting is available for product subscriptions and can only measure the activity of assigned users connected to the internet.

Schedule subscription usage data

You can schedule the seat usage report to automatically send you an email when your report is ready to download. The process works the same way for usage, seat, and token reports.

Change Notification: We plan to retire the combined Seat and Token Usage export file under Reporting > Export > Usage (with date range) in 2026. You will be able to use two separate export files for Seat Usage and Token Usage, like the Seat Usage export described above. If you haven’t used the Seat usage and Token usage pages for your exports, we encourage you to get familiar with them and transition to the separate files as soon as feasible for your organization.
