To protect your account and prevent fraud, a verification screen appears and Autodesk sends you an email to confirm your identity when you sign in for the first time. If, after waiting an appropriate length of time, you don't see the email, look for it in your junk or spam folder. If you still can't find the confirmation email, click Resend on the verification screen.
Important: If you're in an organisation that maintains an allowlist to screen email, be sure this address is included in the allowlist: noreply@autodesk. com.
Note: If someone else owns the email address associated with the account, ask them to complete the verification.
